Our team offers free foot measuring and fitting advice. This advice is given in good faith to help you choose suitable footwear, but children's feet grow quickly and fit can change over time.

Unworn items in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase. Items that have been worn outdoors, damaged, or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a product develops a fault through normal use, please bring it back to us with your receipt. We will repair, replace or refund the item as appropriate.
